稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
TRUB1, or TRNA-ubiquitin ligase 1, is a critical enzyme involved in the regulation of tRNA stability and cellular responses to stress. Understanding TRUB1 has gained significant attention in the field of molecular biology due to its dual function in tRNA modification and protein ubiquitination, which are essential for maintaining cellular homeostasis. Research has shown that TRUB1 plays a pivotal role in the synthesis and quality control of tRNAs, thereby influencing protein translation and cellular metabolism. Dysregulation of TRUB1 has been implicated in various pathological conditions, including neurodegenerative diseases and cancer, highlighting the importance of this protein in disease mechanisms. Recent studies aim to elucidate the structural characteristics and functional pathways of TRUB1 to provide insights into its roles in cellular processes. As a recombinant protein, TRUB1 allows for detailed biochemical characterization and the development of potential therapeutic strategies. By investigating the interaction of TRUB1 with other cellular components and its regulatory networks, researchers hope to uncover novel insights that could lead to advancements in targeted therapies and a deeper understanding of cellular stress responses.
