Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
TROAP, or Trophoblast Online Activation Protein, is a protein that plays a crucial role in the regulation of trophoblast cells, which are essential for the implantation of the embryo and the formation of the placenta during early pregnancy. Research into TROAP has gained significant attention due to its involvement in various physiological and pathological processes, including cell proliferation, differentiation, and migration. Abnormal expression of TROAP has been linked to several conditions, such as placental disorders and certain types of cancer. The study of TROAP as a recombinant protein offers valuable insights into its functional mechanisms and interactions in cellular environments. Understanding the structure-function relationships of TROAP can help elucidate its role in trophoblast biology and its potential implications in reproductive health. Furthermore, recombinant TROAP may be employed in therapeutic applications, such as developing targeted treatments for diseases associated with its dysregulation. Through modern biotechnological approaches, scientists aim to produce high-quality recombinant TROAP for both basic research and clinical purposes, ultimately advancing our knowledge of its biological significance and potential therapeutic uses.
