Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Protein Description
Chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) is a type of cancer that primarily affects B cells, leading to their uncontrolled proliferation. The understanding of CLL has significantly advanced in recent years, yet effective treatments remain a challenge due to heterogeneity in patient response and disease progression. CLL1, a surface antigen expressed on CLL cells but not on normal B cells, has emerged as a promising target for therapeutic strategies. Research has focused on the development of recombinant proteins, such as CLL1-specific antibodies and chimeric antigen receptors ( CARs), aimed at selectively targeting and eliminating CLL cells while sparing healthy tissues. The identification and characterization of CLL1 not only enhance our understanding of CLL pathogenesis but also hold potential for improving diagnostic and therapeutic approaches. Such targeted therapies could provide a more effective treatment option, potentially leading to better patient outcomes and reduced side effects compared to conventional therapies. Continued exploration of CLL1 as a biomarker and therapeutic target may ultimately pave the way for innovative strategies to combat CLL and improve patient care.
