Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ZNF493, a member of the zinc finger protein family, has garnered attention in recent years due to its potential roles in various biological processes, including gene regulation, cell differentiation, and development. The reorganization of ZNF493, through recombinant protein techniques, allows for in-depth studies of its functional properties. Previous studies have suggested that ZNF493 may play a critical role in regulating transcription by binding to specific DNA sequences, influencing developmental pathways and possibly contributing to tumorigenesis. Understanding ZNF493 at the molecular level can provide insights into its interactions with other cellular proteins and its involvement in disease mechanisms, particularly in cancers where zinc finger proteins are often implicated. Recombinant ZNF493 protein expression enables functional assays and structural studies, paving the way for the characterization of its biological roles and therapeutic potential. This research is fundamental not only for elucidating the function of ZNF493 but also for exploring its possible applications in gene therapy and cancer treatment strategies. The ongoing investigations into its structure-function relationship and regulatory networks could illuminate new avenues for targeted therapies aimed at diseases associated with ZNF493 dysregulation.
