Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ZNF473 (Zinc Finger Protein 473) is a member of the zinc finger protein family, which is known for its role in DNA binding and transcriptional regulation. This protein has garnered attention due to its potential involvement in various biological processes, including cell differentiation, proliferation, and apoptosis. Research has indicated that ZNF473 may play a role in the regulation of genes associated with tumorigenesis and other diseases, making it a candidate for cancer research and therapeutic applications. The study of recombinant ZNF473 is crucial for understanding its structure-function relationship and biological activity, as recombinant proteins can be used to elucidate the molecular mechanisms of its action. Additionally, producing ZNF473 in a recombinant form allows for the investigation of its interactions with other proteins, cellular pathways, and potential therapeutic targets. The availability of the recombinant ZNF473 protein facilitates high-throughput screening for small molecule modulators, advancing our knowledge of its function and establishing a foundation for future studies. Ultimately, this research could lead to novel insights into the role of ZNF473 in health and disease, thereby contributing to the development of innovative strategies for diagnosis and treatment in oncology and other related fields.
