Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
IFI35 (Interferon-Inducible Protein 35) is a member of the interferon-inducible protein family, which is primarily associated with the immune response to viral infections. It has garnered attention due to its potential role in modulating the innate immune system and influencing inflammatory pathways. Research has shown that IFI35 can interact with various signaling molecules, such as RIG-I and MAVS, which are crucial for the antiviral response, indicating that IFI35 may play a central role in the recognition and response to viral pathogens. Additionally, studies have suggested that IFI35 may be involved in the regulation of immune cell functions, including the activation and differentiation of macrophages and the proliferation of T cells. As a result, the recombinant expression and characterization of IFI35 protein have become a significant focus for researchers aiming to understand its precise role in immune modulation and its potential implications in therapeutic strategies for viral infections and autoimmune diseases. Understanding the structure and function of IFI35 could pave the way for novel interventions in enhancing antiviral responses or controlling excessive inflammation, contributing to the development of targeted therapies in infectious and autoimmune conditions.
