稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The study of HDLBP (High-Density Lipoprotein Binding Protein) recombinant proteins has gained increasing attention due to their significant role in lipid metabolism and cardiovascular health. HDLBP is known to interact with high-density lipoproteins (HDL), mediating cholesterol transport and influencing atheroprotection. Aberrations in HDL function and composition are associated with various metabolic disorders and cardiovascular diseases. Researching the recombinant forms of HDLBP allows scientists to elucidate its structure-function relationship and its mechanisms in cellular lipid regulation. Additionally, recombinant HDLBP can serve as a valuable tool in investigating the therapeutic potential of HDL in counteracting cardiovascular risk factors. The production of HDLBP in heterologous systems not only facilitates the study of its biochemical properties but also enables the development of novel strategies to modify HDL functionality for therapeutic purposes. As we continue to explore the molecular intricacies of HDL and its associated proteins, understanding the dynamics of HDLBP could lead to innovative interventions for managing dyslipidemia and promoting cardiovascular health.
