稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
TRIM60, a member of the tripartite motif (TRIM) family of proteins, has garnered increasing attention due to its potential role in regulating various cellular processes, including immune responses, cell proliferation, and apoptosis. Research indicates that TRIM60 functions as an E3 ubiquitin ligase, facilitating the ubiquitination and subsequent degradation of target proteins, which is crucial for maintaining cellular homeostasis. Its involvement in the modulation of key signaling pathways, such as those related to the NF-κB and p53 pathways, highlights its significance in tumorigenesis and cancer progression. Recent studies have also suggested that TRIM60 may play a role in metabolic regulation and in the response to stressors, making it a key player in various diseases, including cancer and metabolic disorders. Despite its importance, the detailed mechanisms underlying TRIM60's activity and interactions within the cellular milieu remain under investigation. Consequently, understanding TRIM60's multifaceted role could provide valuable insights into therapeutic strategies for targeting diseases associated with its dysregulation. Researchers are actively exploring TRIM60's potential as a biomarker for cancer prognosis and as a therapeutic target, emphasizing the need for deeper investigation into its functional dynamics and regulatory mechanisms within different biological contexts.
