Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
TRIM54, a member of the tripartite motif (TRIM) protein family, has garnered attention due to its potential roles in various biological processes, including cell proliferation, differentiation, and host defense. This protein is characterized by its RING finger, B-box, and coiled-coil domain structures, which are essential for its E3 ubiquitin ligase activity, enabling it to regulate protein degradation and stability. Research has indicated that TRIM54 may be involved in immune responses, particularly in the context of viral infections and inflammation, suggesting its importance in disease pathogenesis. Additionally, TRIM54 has been implicated in cancer biology, where its altered expression can influence tumor growth and progression. Understanding the molecular mechanisms underlying TRIM54's actions is crucial for elucidating its functional roles in health and disease. The potential therapeutic implications of modulating TRIM54 activity make it a compelling target for further investigation, driving research efforts to explore its applications in developing new treatment strategies for various conditions, including cancers and autoimmune disorders. Thus, the characterization of TRIM54 recombinant protein is not only vital for basic biological research but also holds promise for clinical advancements in treating diseases associated with its dysregulation.
