Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
FAM44C, a member of the family of proteins associated with diverse cellular processes, has garnered attention in recent years due to its potential role in cancer biology and cellular signaling pathways. Research indicates that FAM44C is involved in the regulation of cell proliferation and apoptosis, suggesting its importance in maintaining cellular homeostasis. Abnormal expression of FAM44C has been correlated with various malignancies, raising questions about its function as a tumor suppressor or oncogene. Understanding the protein's structure and function through recombinant expression techniques enables researchers to investigate its interactions with other cellular components and its mechanistic pathways in detail. Studies have utilized various expression systems, such as E. coli and mammalian cells, to produce FAM44C for biochemical assays and structural analyses. This research aims not only to elucidate the biological role of FAM44C but also to explore its potential as a therapeutic target or biomarker in cancer treatment. As a result, the study of FAM44C recombinant protein is crucial for advancing our understanding of its implications in disease and developing novel cancer therapies.
