Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ZNF43, a member of the zinc finger protein family, has garnered significant interest due to its potential role in gene regulation and disease mechanisms, including cancer. As a transcription factor, ZNF43 is believed to interact with specific DNA sequences, influencing the expression of target genes that are crucial for various cellular processes. Recent studies have showcased its involvement in cellular differentiation and proliferation, highlighting its relevance in developmental biology and stem cell research. Additionally, aberrant expression or mutations of ZNF43 have been implicated in several malignancies, suggesting that understanding its functional dynamics could unveil new therapeutic targets. The recombinant expression of ZNF43 in various systems, such as bacterial or mammalian cells, allows researchers to explore its structural and functional properties systematically. This recombinant protein production is essential for elucidating the mechanisms through which ZNF43 operates, including its binding affinities, post-translational modifications, and interactions with other proteins. By comprehensively studying ZNF43, researchers hope to uncover its roles in oncogenesis and other diseases, ultimately contributing to the development of targeted therapies and better understanding of gene regulatory networks.
