Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
FAM44B, or Family with Sequence Similarity 44 Member B, is a gene located on chromosome 9 that has garnered increasing attention in the field of molecular biology due to its potential roles in various cellular processes, including cell proliferation, apoptosis, and DNA repair. Recent studies have suggested that FAM44B is implicated in several cancers, making it a relevant target for both understanding tumorigenesis and developing therapeutic strategies. The recombinant FAM44B protein serves as a vital tool for exploring its functional roles in vitro and in vivo, enabling researchers to investigate its interaction with other cellular proteins and pathways. Moreover, the ability to produce and purify FAM44B as a recombinant protein opens avenues for structural studies and the design of potential inhibitors or modulators. This research is crucial as it not only aids in decoding the biological significance of FAM44B but could also lead to novel biomarkers and therapeutic targets for cancer treatment, ultimately contributing to the advancement of personalized medicine. Understanding the functional dynamics of FAM44B through recombinant technology thus holds great promise for enhancing our knowledge of cancer biology and improving clinical outcomes.
