Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
TRIM4, a member of the tripartite motif (TRIM) protein family, has garnered significant attention in recent years due to its multifaceted roles in various cellular processes, including immune response, cell proliferation, and apoptosis. The TRIM family is characterized by a common structural feature that includes a RING domain, one or two B-box domains, and a coiled-coil region, which together facilitate its function as an E3 ubiquitin ligase. TRIM4, in particular, has been implicated in the regulation of various signaling pathways, including those associated with viral infections and oncogenesis. Recent studies have shown that TRIM4 can modulate the activity of critical pathways such as NF-kB and interferon signaling, making it a potential target for therapeutic intervention in diseases like cancer and viral infections. Additionally, the dysregulation of TRIM4 has been linked to several pathological conditions, highlighting its importance as a biomarker and therapeutic target. Research investigating recombinant TRIM4 proteins aims to elucidate its molecular mechanisms and interactions, paving the way for novel strategies in drug development and disease management. Understanding the structural and functional properties of TRIM4, therefore, holds promise for advancing our knowledge of its role in cellular processes and its potential as a therapeutic target.
