Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
FAM43A, a member of the family with sequence similarity 43, has gained attention in recent years due to its potential roles in various cellular processes, including cell proliferation, apoptosis, and differentiation. It is involved in critical signaling pathways that influence cancer progression and metastasis, which has led researchers to investigate its functional characteristics and implications in oncogenesis. The protein's expression has been found to be dysregulated in several cancers, suggesting that it may serve as a potential biomarker for diagnosis or a therapeutic target. Moreover, studies have highlighted its interactions with other cellular proteins, underscoring its significance in maintaining cellular homeostasis and contributing to tumor microenvironment dynamics. The recombinant production of FAM43A enables detailed structural and functional analyses, which are crucial for understanding its biological role and mechanisms. Investigating the properties of recombinant FAM43A can provide insights into its molecular interactions and facilitate the development of targeted therapies. Overall, the study of FAM43A represents a promising area in cancer research, with the potential to uncover novel approaches for intervention in malignancies where this protein is implicated.
