Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
TRIM47, a member of the TRIM (tripartite motif-containing) protein family, has garnered significant attention in recent years due to its potential roles in various cellular processes and diseases. This family of proteins is known for its E3 ubiquitin ligase activity, which plays a crucial role in regulating protein degradation, thus influencing numerous cellular pathways, including cell proliferation, differentiation, and response to stress. Recent studies have implicated TRIM47 in cancer biology, particularly in promoting tumorigenesis and metastasis in various cancer types, suggesting that it may function as an oncogene. Moreover, TRIM47 has been shown to interact with key signaling pathways, including those involving p53 and β-catenin, further highlighting its importance in maintaining cellular homeostasis. Given its multifaceted roles and the potential for targeting TRIM47 in therapeutic strategies, understanding its structure and function through the study of recombinant TRIM47 protein is essential. This research can provide insights into its mechanisms of action, facilitate the identification of interacting partners, and pave the way for developing novel interventions in cancer and other diseases associated with TRIM47 dysregulation.
