Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
SNX9 (Sorting Nexin 9) is a member of the sorting nexin family, known for its role in cellular trafficking and membrane dynamics. This protein is characterized by the presence of a phosphoinositide-binding PX domain and a BAR domain, which allows it to interact with membrane structures. Research on SNX9 has gained significant traction due to its involvement in various cellular processes, including endocytosis, actin remodeling, and membrane curvature generation. Dysregulation of SNX9 has been implicated in several diseases, including neurodegenerative disorders and cancers, making it a compelling target for therapeutic intervention. The recombinant production of SNX9 provides valuable tools for studying its structural and functional properties. Utilizing recombinant techniques allows researchers to obtain large quantities of purified SNX9 protein, facilitating detailed investigations into its molecular mechanisms and interactions with other cellular proteins. Additionally, the study of SNX9 may uncover novel insights into its regulatory roles in cellular pathways, contributing to the development of targeted therapies. Overall, understanding the function of SNX9 through recombinant protein studies is essential for elucidating its biological significance and potential as a therapeutic target.
