Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
TRAF3IP1, also known as Act1, is a pivotal adaptor protein involved in various cellular signaling pathways, particularly those linked to immune responses. As a member of the tumor necrosis factor receptor-associated factor (TRAF) family, TRAF3IP1 plays a critical role in mediating downstream signaling from receptors such as IL-17 and TNF. Research has shown that TRAF3IP1 is essential for pro-inflammatory cytokine production and the regulation of T helper 17 (Th17) cell responses, contributing to autoimmune and inflammatory diseases. Dysregulation of TRAF3IP1 is associated with conditions such as rheumatoid arthritis, multiple sclerosis, and psoriasis. The study of TRAF3IP1 recombinant proteins offers insight into its structural and functional properties, allowing for the exploration of its role in modulating immune responses. Understanding the molecular interactions and mechanisms by which TRAF3IP1 influences signaling pathways can reveal potential therapeutic targets for treating autoimmune disorders. Through the development and characterization of TRAF3IP1 recombinant proteins, researchers aim to elucidate its function in pathology and uncover innovative strategies for intervention in diseases driven by aberrant immune signaling. Thus, TRAF3IP1 represents a significant focus for both basic research and clinical applications, with the potential to advance knowledge in immunology and the treatment of related disorders.
