  • Stability Test

The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

  • Storage & Shelf Life

Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

  • Shipping

In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description

ZNF289, a member of the zinc finger transcription factor family, has garnered interest in recent years due to its potential roles in various biological processes, including transcription regulation, DNA repair, and cellular differentiation. These transcription factors are characterized by their ability to interact with DNA in a sequence-specific manner, thereby influencing gene expression. Research has indicated that ZNF289 might play a critical role in regulating genes involved in cellular responses to stress and development. Moreover, dysregulation of ZNF289 expression has been linked to several diseases, including cancer, where it may affect tumor progression and metastasis. Consequently, the recombinant expression of ZNF289 serves as a valuable tool for investigating its functional mechanisms and interactions at the molecular level. By producing ZNF289 as a recombinant protein, researchers can study its structure, binding affinities, and specific targets, facilitating a deeper understanding of its biological roles. Investigating ZNF289 through recombinant technology not only enhances our knowledge of transcriptional regulation but also may reveal novel therapeutic targets for diseases associated with its dysregulation. These insights emphasize the importance of ZNF289 in gene regulation and its potential implications in health and disease.
