  • Stability Test

The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

  • Storage & Shelf Life

Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

  • Shipping

In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description

ZNF287, a member of the zinc finger protein family, is gaining attention in the field of molecular biology due to its potential roles in gene regulation and chromatin remodeling. This protein contains multiple zinc finger motifs that facilitate its interaction with DNA and possibly other proteins, thus influencing transcriptional activity. Studies suggest that ZNF287 may be involved in developmental processes and cellular responses to external stimuli, making it a candidate for investigation in various biological contexts, including cancer and developmental disorders. Recent efforts in recombinant protein technology have focused on the expression and purification of ZNF287 to enable functional studies and elucidate its mechanisms of action. Characterizing ZNF287's structure and interactions at the molecular level is crucial for understanding its biological significance and therapeutic potential. Furthermore, as researchers explore the intricacies of gene regulatory networks, ZNF287's involvement in epigenetic regulation and its potential as a biomarker for specific diseases underscore the importance of this protein in advancing our knowledge of genetic regulation and its implications in health and disease.
