稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CASR (Calcium-Sensing Receptor) is a critical G-protein coupled receptor that plays a vital role in maintaining calcium homeostasis in the body. It is primarily expressed in the parathyroid glands and kidneys, where it regulates parathyroid hormone secretion and renal calcium reabsorption in response to changes in extracellular calcium levels. Abnormal CASR function is linked to various disorders, including primary hyperparathyroidism and familial hypocalciuric hypercalcemia. Researchers have increasingly focused on the recombinant expression of CASR proteins to develop a better understanding of its structure-function relationship and signaling mechanisms. The study of CASR through recombinant protein techniques enables the elucidation of binding interactions with calcium and other ligands, as well as the downstream signaling pathways involved in calcium homeostasis. Furthermore, recombinant CASR provides a valuable tool for drug discovery, allowing for high-throughput screening of potential therapeutic agents that can modulate CASR activity. This research is foundational for developing novel therapies for disorders associated with calcium dysregulation. As a result, the investigation of CASR recombinant proteins not only advances our understanding of calcium metabolism but also opens avenues for innovative treatment strategies for calcium-related conditions.
