Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
TNK1 (tyrosine kinase non-receptor 1) is a member of the non-receptor tyrosine kinase family that plays a pivotal role in various cellular processes, including cell proliferation, differentiation, and survival. Its dysregulation has been implicated in several pathological conditions, particularly cancer, where aberrant signaling pathways contribute to tumor growth and metastasis. The study of TNK1 has garnered significant attention due to its potential as a therapeutic target. Recombinant TNK1 proteins are invaluable for elucidating the kinase's biological functions and regulatory mechanisms, offering insights into its role in oncogenesis. By exploring the structural and functional aspects of TNK1 through recombinant protein expression and purification methods, researchers aim to identify specific inhibitors that can modulate its activity. This research not only contributes to a deeper understanding of TNK1's involvement in malignancies but also paves the way for the development of novel therapeutic strategies that could lead to more effective cancer treatments. Overall, the investigation of TNK1 recombinant proteins is crucial for advancing our knowledge of cancer biology and improving therapeutic interventions.
