Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
EYA1, a member of the Eyes Absent (EYA) family of proteins, plays a crucial role in various biological processes, including embryonic development and cellular differentiation. It functions primarily as a transcriptional co-activator and is essential for the development of several organ systems, including the eyes, ears, and kidneys. Mutations in the EYA1 gene have been linked to various congenital disorders, notably the Branchio-oto-renal (BOR) syndrome, which is characterized by abnormalities in the branchial arches, auditory systems, and renal structures. The study of recombinant EYA1 protein has gained prominence due to its potential therapeutic implications, including insights into gene regulation and developmental biology. By producing and characterizing recombinant EYA1, researchers aim to uncover its molecular mechanisms and interactions with other proteins, which could lead to targeted treatments for EYA1-related disorders. Furthermore, the ability to manipulate EYA1 function may offer avenues for regenerative medicine, particularly in tissues where EYA1 is critical for differentiation and regeneration. Investigating recombinant EYA1 protein not only enhances our understanding of its fundamental biological roles but also paves the way for innovative strategies to address EYA1-associated pathologies.
