Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
TNFAIP8L2 (Tumor Necrosis Factor Alpha-Induced Protein 8-Like 2) is a member of the TNFAIP8 family, which is known for its role in modulating inflammatory responses and cell survival. Research has indicated that TNFAIP8L2 plays a critical role in various physiological and pathological processes, including cancer progression, autoimmune diseases, and inflammatory disorders. Its expression is often upregulated in tumors, suggesting a potential oncogenic function that aids in tumor cell proliferation and evasion of apoptosis. As a result, TNFAIP8L2 has become a subject of interest for therapeutic interventions aimed at targeting its function in cancer and inflammation. Understanding the structure and function of recombinant TNFAIP8L2 protein enables researchers to study its biological activities and interactions with other molecular players in these pathways. Furthermore, the recombinant protein can serve as a valuable tool for high-throughput screening of potential inhibitors or modulators, paving the way for novel treatments. Investigating TNFAIP8L2's mechanisms of action may elucidate the underlying pathways contributing to disease states, assisting in the development of targeted therapies that could improve patient outcomes in conditions where TNFAIP8L2 is implicated. Overall, the study of TNFAIP8L2 and its recombinant protein holds significant promise for advancing our understanding of its functional roles and potential therapeutic applications in the context of cancer and inflammatory diseases.
