Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
EXTL3, or the exostosin-like 3 gene, is critical in the process of glycosylation, specifically in the synthesis of heparan sulfate proteoglycans, which are essential for various biological functions including cell signaling, development, and tissue repair. Its role in these processes has garnered attention due to its potential implications in human health and disease. Mutations in EXTL3 have been associated with several developmental disorders, particularly those affecting bone and cartilage, highlighting its importance in normal physiological functions. Research into EXTL3 recombinant proteins has gained momentum to better understand its structure-function relationship and to explore its potential as a therapeutic target. By generating recombinant EXTL3 proteins, scientists aim to elucidate its biochemical activities, interaction with other cellular molecules, and role in disease mechanisms. Studies have shown that altered levels of EXTL3 can affect cellular proliferation and differentiation, making it a significant subject for further investigation in regenerative medicine and cancer research. Understanding the precise roles of EXTL3 and its associated pathways might open new avenues for therapeutic interventions in conditions where glycosylation processes are disrupted. As such, EXTL3 stands as a vital protein for both fundamental biological research and its translational potential in treating related diseases.
