Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
MMRN1, or Multimerin 1, is a protein involved in various biological functions, including cell adhesion and regulation of hemostasis. It belongs to the multimerin family, characterized by its ability to form large multimeric structures that participate in the extracellular matrix (ECM) and vascular biology. Research has shown that MMRN1 plays a critical role in platelet aggregation and blood coagulation, making it a significant protein in understanding thrombotic disorders. Abnormalities in MMRN1 expression or function have been linked to various cardiovascular diseases, highlighting its potential as a biomarker for thrombotic risk assessment. Furthermore, MMRN1's interactions with other proteins in the ECM suggest its involvement in cell signaling pathways that govern tissue repair and regeneration. Due to its multifaceted roles, the study of MMRN1 recombinant proteins could provide insights into its structural properties and functional mechanisms, aiding in the development of therapeutic strategies for diseases linked to vascular dysfunction and thrombosis. Ongoing research aims to explore the potential of MMRN1 as a target for drug development and its implications in regenerative medicine and vascular biology.
