Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
EXOC6B is a member of the exocyst complex, a vital protein machinery involved in the exocytosis process, where vesicles transport cargo to the cell membrane for secretion. Recent studies have highlighted the significance of EXOC6B in cellular functions beyond exocytosis, including its role in cell adhesion, migration, and overall cellular architecture. Its involvement in various physiological processes makes EXOC6B a promising candidate for research in both normal cellular functions and pathological conditions. Mutations or dysregulation of EXOC6B have been implicated in certain diseases, including neurodevelopmental disorders and cancers, thereby sparking interest in understanding its molecular mechanisms. The study of EXOC6B recombinant protein helps elucidate its structure-function relationships and provides insights into the intricate regulatory networks it participates in. Furthermore, examining the interaction of EXOC6B with other proteins and cellular components could uncover potential therapeutic targets and biomarkers for diseases associated with its dysregulation. Thus, the research surrounding EXOC6B recombinant protein holds significant implications for enhancing our understanding of both basic cellular biology and the development of novel therapies for related diseases.
