Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
EWSR1 gene fusion proteins are critical in the study of various human cancers, particularly Ewing's sarcoma—a malignant tumor primarily seen in children and young adults. EWSR1 is known to encode a transcriptional enhancer factor, and its fusion with other genes, often as a result of chromosomal translocations, leads to the generation of chimeric proteins that possess altered functional properties. These fusion proteins typically involve the ETS family of transcription factors and are implicated in the aberrant regulation of gene expression, contributing to tumorigenesis. Research into EWSR1 fusions has provided insights into the molecular mechanisms underlying Ewing's sarcoma and similar malignancies, fostering the development of targeted therapies. The significance of EWSR1 in oncogenesis has driven investigations into its role in cell signaling pathways and its interactions with other cellular proteins, highlighting its potential as a biomarker for diagnosis and prognosis. As a result, the exploration of EWSR1 fusion proteins has become a focal point in cancer research, aiming to unravel the complexities of tumor biology and develop innovative therapeutic strategies.
