Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
EVI5L, or Ectopic Viral Interleukin-5, is a human gene that has garnered increasing attention due to its potential implications in immunology and cancer research. Initially identified for its role in the regulation of the immune response, EVI5L is known to influence the activity of various immune cells, particularly T cells and B cells, which are crucial in the body's defense against pathogens. Recent studies have indicated that EVI5L may also play a role in oncogenesis, as aberrant expression of this protein has been linked to certain types of cancers. The molecular mechanisms underlying its function are not yet fully understood, making it an intriguing target for further investigation. Researchers are particularly interested in the reconstitution of EVI5L protein in model systems to elucidate its biological functions and interactions within immune pathways. By exploring the structure and activity of EVI5L, scientists hope to uncover new therapeutic strategies for modulating immune responses in diseases, including autoimmune disorders and malignancies. Understanding the role of EVI5L could pave the way for novel interventions, making it a significant focus in contemporary biomedical research.
