Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ZNF238, also known as Zinc Finger Protein 238, is a member of the Krüppel-like zinc finger protein family, which plays crucial roles in various biological processes, including transcription regulation, cell differentiation, and development. Recent studies have highlighted its potential involvement in cancer progression and neurological disorders, suggesting that ZNF238 acts as a tumor suppressor and is implicated in maintaining neuronal health. The interest in ZNF238 recombinant protein arises from the need to understand its complex interactions and functional mechanisms at a molecular level. By producing ZNF238 as a recombinant protein, researchers aim to investigate its binding affinities, post-translational modifications, and interactions with other proteins or DNA sequences. The insights gained from such studies could elucidate the pathways influenced by ZNF238, providing valuable information for therapeutic targeting in diseases where ZNF238 is dysregulated. Furthermore, the availability of purified ZNF238 protein allows for the development of assays that can screen for small molecules or compounds that might modulate its activity, paving the way for novel treatments in oncology and neurology. Thus, the study of ZNF238 recombinant protein not only enhances our understanding of its biological functions but also holds promise for biotechnological and pharmaceutical applications.
