稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The UCRP (Ubiquitin-Carrier Protein) is a significant player in the ubiquitin-proteasome system, which is crucial for regulating protein degradation and maintaining cellular homeostasis. Research into UCRP has gained momentum due to its involvement in diverse cellular processes, including cell cycle regulation, signal transduction, and DNA repair. Dysregulation of UCRP has been linked to various diseases, including cancers and neurodegenerative disorders, highlighting the importance of understanding its mechanisms and functions. Recent advancements in recombinant protein technology have allowed for the production of UCRP in a purified form, enabling researchers to conduct in-depth studies on its structural properties and interactions with other cellular components. These investigations are essential for elucidating the role of UCRP in cellular signaling pathways and its potential as a therapeutic target. Ongoing studies focus on characterizing UCRP variants, examining their enzymatic activity, and exploring their role in modulating ubiquitin-dependent processes. Therefore, understanding UCRP through recombinant protein research not only contributes to basic biological knowledge but also opens avenues for targeted interventions in disease treatment.
