Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The study of ERF (Ethylene Response Factor) recombinant proteins has gained significant attention due to their crucial role in plant stress responses and developmental processes. ERFs are a subset of the APETALA2/ETHYLENE RESPONSE FACTOR (AP2/ERF) transcription factor family, which are involved in the regulation of gene expression in response to ethylene, a key plant hormone. Various environmental stressors, including drought, salinity, and pathogen attacks, trigger ethylene signaling pathways, leading to the activation of ERF genes. Understanding the molecular mechanisms by which ERFs mediate stress responses is essential for improving crop resilience and productivity. Researchers aim to study ERF recombinant proteins to elucidate their functional roles, interactions with other signaling pathways, and potential applications in genetic engineering to develop stress-resistant plant varieties. By employing techniques such as protein expression, purification, and functional assays, scientists can explore the regulatory networks involving ERFs and their target genes. This research not only enhances our comprehension of plant physiology but also holds potential for agricultural advancements, helping to address challenges posed by climate change and food security.
