Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ZNF17, a member of the zinc finger protein family, is increasingly recognized for its potential roles in various biological processes, including gene regulation, cell differentiation, and oncogenesis. This protein is characterized by its zinc finger domains, which enable it to bind DNA and interact with other regulatory proteins, making it a pivotal player in transcriptional control. Research has shown that ZNF17 expression is often dysregulated in several cancers, suggesting its involvement in tumorigenesis and progression. The production of recombinant ZNF17 proteins serves as a critical step in elucidating the functional mechanisms underlying its activity, as well as its interaction with other cellular components. By utilizing advanced techniques such as recombinant DNA technology, researchers can produce ZNF17 in sufficient quantities for detailed biochemical analysis, structural studies, and functional assays. Understanding the molecular pathways influenced by ZNF17 may offer insights into its role as a potential biomarker for cancer prognosis and as a therapeutic target in cancer treatment. Given the growing interest in the functional implications of ZNF17, ongoing studies aim to explore its regulatory networks, post-translational modifications, and interaction with other signaling pathways, which could unravel new strategies for cancer intervention and therapy.
