Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
PKCq (Protein Kinase C theta) is a member of the Protein Kinase C family, which plays a pivotal role in various cellular processes, including cell proliferation, differentiation, and apoptosis. It is particularly important in the regulation of immune responses, affecting T cell activation and function. Abnormal PKCq activity has been implicated in several diseases, including autoimmune disorders and cancers, highlighting its potential as a therapeutic target. The study of PKCq recombinant proteins has gained momentum due to advancements in molecular biology techniques, allowing for the production and purification of this enzyme for detailed functional analysis. Research on PKCq recombinant proteins focuses on understanding its signaling pathways, interaction with other cellular proteins, and its role in disease mechanisms. Furthermore, characterizing the enzymatic activity and substrate specificity of PKCq could lead to the development of novel inhibitors, providing new avenues for treating conditions associated with its dysregulation. Overall, the study of PKCq recombinant proteins is crucial for elucidating their biological significance and therapeutic potential in both immunology and oncology.
