Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
EPS8L1 (Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor Pathway Substrate 8 Like 1) is a member of the EPS8 family, which plays a crucial role in cell signaling and cytoskeletal dynamics, particularly in response to growth factors. Research on EPS8L1 has gained interest due to its involvement in cellular processes such as actin remodeling, mitosis, and cell migration, which are essential for development, tissue homeostasis, and wound healing. Moreover, aberrations in EPS8L1 expression and function have been implicated in various pathological conditions, including cancer metastasis, where it can influence tumor cell motility and invasion. Understanding the molecular mechanisms of EPS8L1's action may reveal new therapeutic targets for diseases characterized by abnormal cell proliferation and migration. Recent advances in recombinant protein technology have enabled the production of EPS8L1 for functional studies, allowing researchers to dissect its role in cellular architectures and signaling pathways. These studies provide insights into how EPS8L1 interacts with other proteins, its regulatory mechanisms, and its potential as a biomarker for disease. Thus, the exploration of EPS8L1 through recombinant protein expression represents a significant step toward elucidating its biological functions and therapeutic potential in various health conditions.
