  • Stability Test

The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

  • Storage & Shelf Life

Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

  • Shipping

In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description

EPS15L1, or Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor Pathway Substrate 15-Like 1, is a crucial protein involved in various cellular processes, including endocytosis and signal transduction. As an adaptor protein, EPS15L1 is believed to play a significant role in the regulation of receptor-mediated endocytosis, particularly in the recycling and degradation of membrane receptors. Research into EPS15L1 has gained attention due to its involvement in cancer biology, where altered expression levels may contribute to tumor progression and metastasis. Additionally, EPS15L1 is associated with the modulation of key signaling pathways, such as the Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor (EGFR) pathway, which is pivotal in cell proliferation and survival. Understanding the functions and mechanisms of EPS15L1 can provide insights into its potential as a therapeutic target for cancer treatment and other diseases related to cellular dysregulation. Investigating the recombinant expression of EPS15L1 not only aids in elucidating its structure-function relationships but also paves the way for developing novel strategies to manipulate its activity in pathological conditions.
