Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
TMEM120A, a member of the transmembrane protein family, has garnered significant attention in recent years due to its potential roles in various physiological processes and disease mechanisms. Studies have indicated that TMEM120A is involved in cellular pathways related to endoplasmic reticulum stress and autophagy, suggesting its importance in maintaining cellular homeostasis. Additionally, its expression patterns have been linked to cancer progression and immune responses, making it a candidate for therapeutic interventions. The production of recombinant TMEM120A protein is essential for elucidating its structural and functional properties, enabling researchers to explore its interactions within cellular systems and assess its potential as a biomarker or therapeutic target. Through techniques such as recombinant DNA technology, scientists can produce this protein in sufficient quantities to facilitate biochemical assays and structural studies, thereby advancing our understanding of its role in health and disease. Given its implications in critical biological pathways, TMEM120A represents a promising focus for further research, with the goal of uncovering novel strategies for disease management and treatment.
