Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
TM4SF4, a member of the tetraspanin family, plays a crucial role in various cellular processes, including cell adhesion, signaling, and the regulation of immune responses. Its expression is notably associated with several human diseases, particularly in cancers and autoimmune disorders. Research has shown that TM4SF4 interacts with various membrane proteins and can influence cell migration and invasion, making it a potential biomarker for tumor progression. The study of recombinant TM4SF4 protein is essential for understanding its structure-function relationship and interactions at the molecular level. By producing recombinant TM4SF4 in a suitable expression system, researchers aim to characterize its biological activity, delineate its role in cellular pathways, and explore its potential as a therapeutic target. Furthermore, recombinant TM4SF4 can be used to generate antibodies for diagnostic and therapeutic applications, highlighting its clinical relevance. Understanding the mechanisms by which TM4SF4 contributes to disease processes may open new avenues for targeted therapies and contribute to the development of novel diagnostic tools. Thus, the investigation of TM4SF4 recombinant protein is pivotal in elucidating its role in health and disease, fostering advancements in both research and clinical applications.
