Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ZFYVE16, a member of the zinc finger and FYVE domain-containing protein family, has gained attention due to its potential roles in intracellular signaling and membrane trafficking. Research indicates that ZFYVE16 is involved in various biological processes, including endosome dynamics and the regulation of autophagy. Abnormal expression or mutation of ZFYVE16 has been linked to several pathological conditions, including cancer and neurodegenerative diseases, suggesting its importance in maintaining cellular homeostasis. Recent studies have focused on elucidating the molecular mechanisms by which ZFYVE16 exerts its functions, particularly its interactions with other cellular proteins and its involvement in cellular pathways, such as the mTOR signaling pathway. The development of recombinant ZFYVE16 proteins for functional assays offers promising avenues for investigating its biological roles and potential as a therapeutic target. Understanding the structure-function relationship of ZFYVE16 could provide insights into its mechanistic roles in health and disease, paving the way for innovative strategies in drug design and treatment development. Researchers are thus keenly exploring ZFYVE16 to uncover its detailed functions and implications in cell biology.
