Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
THRAP4, also known as Threonine- and alanine-rich protein 4, is a member of the THRAP family of proteins that play crucial roles in various cellular processes, including transcription regulation and RNA metabolism. Recent studies have highlighted its involvement in the control of gene expression at multiple levels, such as enhancing or repressing transcription through interactions with various transcription factors. THRAP4 has been implicated in several biological processes, including cell proliferation, differentiation, and response to stress, making it a significant focus for understanding cellular dynamics and disease mechanisms. Dysregulation of THRAP4 expression or function has been associated with various pathologies, including cancer and neurodegenerative diseases, leading to increasing interest in its potential as a therapeutic target. Consequently, research efforts have been directed toward the characterization and production of recombinant THRAP4 proteins to elucidate its biochemical properties, interaction partners, and functional roles in cellular pathways. This will aid in determining the precise contributions of THRAP4 in health and disease, paving the way for the development of targeted interventions in conditions where THRAP4 is implicated.
