稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
THEM2, or "THYTA-like endosomal membrane protein 2," is an intriguing member of the THEM (THYTA) family of proteins, which have gained attention due to their potential roles in cellular processes such as membrane trafficking and signal transduction. Research has shown that THEM2 is primarily localized to endosomal compartments, suggesting it may be involved in the regulation of intracellular transport pathways. Abnormalities in endosomal function have been implicated in various diseases, including neurodegenerative disorders and cancers, making THEM2 a valuable target for understanding disease mechanisms. The study of THEM2 recombinant protein is essential for elucidating its structural characteristics and functional roles in cells. By producing THEM2 in a recombinant form, researchers can examine its interactions with other proteins, assess its impact on membrane dynamics, and investigate its potential as a therapeutic target. Overall, the investigation of THEM2 recombinant protein represents a promising avenue for uncovering the underlying mechanisms of endosomal function and its implications in health and disease.
