Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ZFAND2B, a member of the ZFAND (zinc finger AN1-type domain) protein family, has garnered significant attention in recent years due to its emerging role in various cellular processes, including regulation of stress responses and cellular differentiation. Recent studies suggest that ZFAND2B may be involved in modulating immune responses and has been implicated in several diseases, including cancers and autoimmune disorders. Its distinct structural features, particularly the presence of zinc finger motifs, enable ZFAND2B to interact with multiple protein partners and DNA sequences, influencing gene expression and cellular signaling pathways. The investigation of ZFAND2B as a recombinant protein has facilitated the understanding of its functional properties and the mechanisms underlying its involvement in pathophysiological conditions. Recombinant proteins allow for detailed studies of ZFAND2B's interactions and functions in vitro, providing insights into its potential as a therapeutic target. Given the increasing evidence linking ZFAND2B to critical biological processes, research efforts are intensifying to elucidate its precise roles and regulatory mechanisms within the cell, paving the way for innovative clinical applications in the future.
