Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
EIF4ENIF1, a critical component of the eukaryotic translation initiation process, plays a significant role in regulating the assembly of the translation initiation complex. This protein functions by binding to the EIF4E cap-binding protein, influencing the recruitment of the ribosome to mRNA, and thus facilitating the initiation of protein synthesis. Recent studies have uncovered its involvement in various cellular processes, including cell growth, differentiation, and stress responses, highlighting its potential as a regulatory factor in gene expression. Dysregulation of EIF4ENIF1 has been linked to several diseases, including cancer, where it may contribute to aberrant protein synthesis and tumorigenesis. Research on EIF4ENIF1 has intensified in light of its potential as a therapeutic target, prompting investigations into its structural properties, interaction networks, and regulatory mechanisms. Understanding how EIF4ENIF1 operates at a molecular level could provide critical insights into translational control and its implications in health and disease, paving the way for innovative treatments aimed at restoring normal protein synthesis in pathological conditions. As such, the study of EIF4ENIF1 and its recombinantly expressed forms is crucial for elucidating its function and developing strategies to manipulate its activity for therapeutic benefits.
