Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
EIF3S5, or Eukaryotic Translation Initiation Factor 3 Subunit 5, is a crucial component of the eukaryotic translation initiation complex, playing a significant role in the recruitment of ribosomes to mRNA. Research on EIF3S5 has garnered attention due to its involvement in various cellular processes, including the control of protein synthesis, cellular growth, and responses to stress. Abnormal expression levels of EIF3S5 have been linked to several pathological conditions, including cancer, making it a potential biomarker and therapeutic target. Understanding the structural and functional mechanisms of EIF3S5 is essential for elucidating its role in ribosome assembly and the overall translation initiation process. Recent studies utilizing recombinant protein techniques have focused on the characterization of EIF3S5, aiming to elucidate its interactions with other translation factors and RNA molecules. These insights may pave the way for novel interventions in diseases characterized by dysregulated protein synthesis. Overall, research on EIF3S5 is critical for advancing our knowledge of translational regulation and its implications in health and disease.
