Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
TGIF2, or TG-interacting factor 2, is a member of the TGIF family of proteins that serves as a crucial transcriptional repressor involved in embryonic development and signaling pathways. Abnormal regulation of TGIF2 has been associated with various diseases, including cancers, making it a significant focus for research. Studies have shown that TGIF2 interacts with several key signaling cascades, particularly the TGF-β and Wnt pathways, which are vital for cellular processes such as differentiation, proliferation, and apoptosis. The understanding of TGIF2's function and its interactions has implications for developmental biology and therapeutic strategies for diseases linked to its dysregulation. Moreover, TGIF2's unique structural features and its ability to bind DNA and other proteins make it an interesting target for the development of recombinant proteins that can be used to study its mechanisms of action in vitro and in vivo. Ongoing research in this area aims to elucidate the precise role of TGIF2 in cellular contexts and its potential as a biomarker or therapeutic target, thereby contributing to the understanding of tumorigenesis and developmental disorders.
