Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
TFCP2L1 (Transcription Factor CP2-Like 1) is a pivotal transcription factor implicated in various cellular processes, including pluripotency and differentiation of stem cells. The protein plays a crucial role in maintaining the undifferentiated state of embryonic stem cells by activating genes associated with pluripotency, while simultaneously repressing differentiation-associated genes. Its activity is critical for early developmental stages, influencing cellular fate decisions. Research has demonstrated that TFCP2L1 interacts with several signaling pathways, contributing to its regulatory functions in cell development and tissue homeostasis. Moreover, the dysregulation of TFCP2L1 has been associated with various diseases, including cancers, making it a significant target for therapeutic interventions. The development and study of recombinant TFCP2L1 protein facilitate the exploration of its structural and functional properties, allowing for a deeper understanding of its role in gene regulation and the potential impact on regenerative medicine and cancer therapy. Scientists are increasingly focused on elucidating the molecular mechanisms by which TFCP2L1 operates, which could yield novel insights into stem cell biology and innovative strategies for disease treatment.
