Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ZBTB46 (Zinc Finger and BTB Domain Containing 46) is a transcription factor that plays a critical role in regulating immune responses and maintaining hematopoietic homeostasis. It is predominantly expressed in dendritic cells and has been implicated in modulating the differentiation and function of various immune cell types. Recent studies have highlighted its involvement in immune tolerance and the regulation of T cell responses, suggesting that ZBTB46 may be a crucial player in preventing autoimmunity and promoting effective immune responses against pathogens. The recombinant expression of ZBTB46 protein is essential for understanding its biochemical properties and functional mechanisms. By generating this protein, researchers aim to elucidate the molecular pathways regulated by ZBTB46 and explore its potential as a therapeutic target in diseases characterized by immune dysregulation, such as cancer and autoimmune disorders. Additionally, the availability of recombinant ZBTB46 can facilitate the development of novel immunotherapies and enhance the understanding of immune system modulation, paving the way for innovative strategies to manipulate immune responses in various clinical settings.
