Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
PROS (PRotein Of Secretory pathway) proteins are a family of proteins implicated in various cellular processes, including protein trafficking, secretion, and cellular stress responses. Research into PROS proteins has gained momentum due to their potential roles in diseases, particularly in cancer and metabolic disorders. These proteins are integral to maintaining cellular homeostasis and have been linked to the endoplasmic reticulum's (ER) function, which is crucial for proper protein folding and processing. Additionally, disturbances in PROS protein functions can lead to ER stress, triggering cellular apoptosis or dysfunction, often observed in tumorigenesis. Recent studies have highlighted the diverse biochemical pathways and regulatory mechanisms associated with PROS proteins, revealing their significance in maintaining cellular integrity. Understanding the molecular mechanisms behind PROS protein activity could pave the way for novel therapeutic approaches, targeting aberrant protein functioning in diseases. Furthermore, insights into their structure-function relationships are critical for the development of potential interventions aimed at modulating their activity in pathological conditions, making this area of research increasingly relevant in the field of molecular biology and medicine.
