Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ZADH1, or Zinc Finger Antigen-Responsive Domain Containing Protein 1, is an intriguing protein that plays a significant role in various cellular processes, particularly in transcription regulation and DNA damage response. Understanding the function and mechanisms of ZADH1 is essential due to its potential implications in cancer biology and cellular stress responses. Recent research has highlighted its involvement in the modulation of gene expression and its interactions with other nuclear proteins, which suggest a vital role in maintaining genomic stability. Moreover, dysregulation of ZADH1 has been associated with several diseases, indicating that its study could contribute valuable insights into the molecular pathways underlying tumorigenesis and other pathological conditions. The production of recombinant ZADH1 protein allows researchers to investigate its structural and functional properties in detail, facilitating studies on its interactions, post-translational modifications, and functional assays. This recombinant protein can serve as a crucial tool for elucidating the biological roles of ZADH1 and exploring its potential as a therapeutic target in disease contexts. Overall, the comprehensive research on ZADH1 and its recombinant form is poised to expand our understanding of cellular mechanisms and therapeutic strategies.
