Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
DUX3 is a gene that belongs to the DUX family of transcription factors and plays a crucial role in the regulation of embryonic development and spermatogenesis. Mutations and aberrations in DUX3 have been implicated in various diseases, particularly certain types of tumors such as testicular germ cell tumors and rhabdomyosarcoma. The protein produced by the DUX3 gene is known to be involved in the transcriptional control of genes essential for cellular differentiation and proliferation. Research surrounding the DUX3 recombinant protein has gained momentum due to its potential applications in understanding the molecular mechanisms of cancer and developmental disorders. Scientists are focusing on elucidating the functional domains of DUX3, as well as its interactions with other proteins and DNA, to reveal its role in gene regulation. The study of DUX3 recombinant protein can also provide insights into its therapeutic potentials, as targeting DUX3 may offer new avenues for treating malignancies associated with its dysregulation. As such, generating and characterizing DUX3 recombinant protein is essential for both basic research and clinical applications, paving the way for innovative approaches to combat diseases related to this critical transcription factor.
