Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
TBRG4, a member of the TGF-beta receptor superfamily, has garnered attention for its potential roles in various biological processes, including cellular proliferation, differentiation, and apoptosis. Originally identified as a protein involved in the regulation of gene expression, TBRG4 has been shown to play crucial roles in developmental pathways and tissue homeostasis. Its involvement in various cancers raises the importance of understanding its function and regulatory mechanisms. Research indicates that TBRG4 may influence tumorigenesis and metastasis, making it a potential biomarker and therapeutic target. Many studies have explored the structural characteristics of TBRG4, revealing its unique domains and interaction partners, which contribute to its diverse functions in cellular signaling pathways. Additionally, the recombinant expression of TBRG4 allows for in-depth studies regarding its biochemical properties and interactions, helping to elucidate its role in both normal physiology and disease states. Understanding TBRG4's function could provide valuable insights into novel therapeutic strategies for cancer and other diseases related to TBRG4 dysregulation. The ongoing investigation into TBRG4's molecular mechanisms underscores its significance in biomedical research, paving the way for innovative treatments and diagnostic tools that target pathways influenced by this protein. Overall, the comprehensive study of TBRG4 recombinant protein not only enhances our understanding of its biology but also holds promise for advancing clinical applications in oncology and regenerative medicine.
